Ordering

We offer payment through PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

After checkout, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and a tracking number to track your order.

Returns

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our views on sustainability, since every return has a carbon footprint associated with it. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, please send a picture of the item (if broken, damaged, or incorrect) to sales@sustainlykitchen.com.

After that, you may keep the item or choose to donate it if you please. 

Shipping

We like to avoid surprising people with exorbitant shipping fees once they get to checkout, therefore all of our products are shipped free of charge!

We do not ship outside of the US.

Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping and processing.
